We are excited to announce the availability of a Patient Health Record for our established patients.You can access your prior labs, xrays, medications and refills available on that site . Over the next year this will be populated with your records. We expect to use the same portal to make appointments later in the year. It can be accessed at https://www.patientfusion.com/.

We take great pains to make sure visits are timely ( no or minimal waiting times ) adequate and not rushed .We are always very understanding of emergencies that may come up. However in the event patients do not show up for the appointment they will be charged a fee of $35 to recover at least a portion of the costs of keeping that spot open for the scheduled appointment.

For established patients under the right circumstances we offer telephone consults. Telephone consults are convenient ways to make the most use of your time. There are services that may or may not be paid for by your insurance company. However, the rates are nominal. Please call the office for details of your particular insurance.

- Communicate with your physician through email for all nonurgent matters.
- Communicate through relayhealth's secure email services for those who prefer it
